If you are referring to Spektrum Satellite receivers then yes, SP Racing F3 Evo directly supports this. You just need to wire the three connectors on the FC to your satellite receiver. Go to cleanflight and in the "receiver mode" select RX_SERIAL; in "Serial receiver provider" select either SPEKTRUM1024 or SPEKTRUM2048.
